Pakistan: LPP requests help to move to new offices

Donations requested to help Labour Party Pakistan central secretariat to shift a newer and bigger offices
Labour Party Pakistan central secretariat is moving to a new place in central Lahore. The present center at 40 Abbot Road is located at a place where there is a lot of noise of the neighboring motor car workshops and transport mechanics and had also a small place to work. With the expansion of the LPP on all parts of Pakistan, we need to shift to a bigger place.
We have found a new place with more space and calmer place to work. It is not for from the present center and more close to Lahore Railway Station. Comrades will not find it difficult to come to the new place on public transport. The new place will also have a place for comrades coming from other areas for a short stay.
Although on second floor, it is constructed on 10 Marla’s, three large rooms and a veranda. The place is neat and clean and breezy with a lot of natural light.
The new secretariat will be a major step forward for the development of Labour Party Pakistan.
It will be an independent place for the Labour Party Pakistan separated from the Pakistan Trade Unions Resource Center that was run by Labour Education Foundation.
However, we need an immediate help from all our members and supporters. We need to raise an amount of Rupees 175,000 (US$2300) to pay what is called the advance money, a sort of security to deposit apart from the rent. LPP has no accumulated amount at present. It has to be raised from our friends and comrades.
Please donate whatever you can to help LPP to shift to a newer and bigger place.
Please send me an email (farooqtariq@hotmail.com) for the details of the donations, we can send you an account of the Labour Party Pakistan that you can deposit the amount.
Comradely,
Farooq Tariq
